- Playdough
Our playdough is made with only food-based ingredients, with craft glitter add to some tubs. Playdough without glitter is non-toxic and taste safe. Colours in real life may vary to social media and website due to photographing and editing however we try to keep it as close to the accurate colouring as possible. Although our playdough has an impressive shelf life, homemade playdough does break down the longer it is stored unopened, therefore we prefer to make our sets up to 2 weeks before intended use for extra freshness. Once opened it is exposed to oxygen and bacteria and shelf life and vibrancy may be affected. To keep your playdough long lasting, wash hands before handling and store it after each use in an airtight container.
- Processing time
All orders placed are made on order. Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when an order is fulfilled by us and handed over to be couriered, Please allow up to 4 business days processing time. Processing time may change on conditions such as Loadshedding, technical difficulties, weather conditions that may affect our electricity and order size. Please ask us how long your order will take to complete.
- Custom Orders
Custom orders are orders with personalised touches to our designs such as your child’s name, any design requests that we do not have on our website or social media, changes to our designs such as size, colour, etc. Cutters bought with the intention of use for anything other than cut and stamp in our (My Little Ivy) playdough is considered a custom order i.e fondant, Polymer, Cookie cutters.
For any custom orders we ask for a 50% deposit before we begin processing your order. Once you order has been processed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be made before your final order is released to you.
- Shipping and Collection
We use Pudo (Courier Guy) as our shipping/courier service. Our courier fee is calculated upon final order and packaging. We do not accept own booking of lockers. Any orders changed after courier fee has been calculated can expect a change in fee depending on changes made to the order. Pudo takes 2-5 business days to deliver. Once we send off your parcel we can not be held accountable for the delivery time.
If you have an urgent order and would like your parcel to be overnighted, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements. There will be a higher fee for this service.
Our collection point is in the Liberty Building at 98 Meade Street, George. All collections need to be arranged prior via WhatsApp. Local delivery can be arranged at a fee calculated by us via WhatsApp.
- Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
We take no responsibility for the effectiveness of our cutters and stamps in any other medium or material other than My Little Ivy Playdough. We will not accept returns due to damages in such cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be returned via Pudo Locker within 3 days of return approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your bank account. Please be patient for the refund to reflect as it may take a few days to reflect. If your item is not in the condition described upon requesting a refund, your refund will be denied and you will need to arrange your own return of your items.
